Today I have finally decided it’s time to get off my butt and start working toward improving my “Self Image”!
It’s Time to get SERIOUS!
I’ve been a stay at home Dad for some time now and while it is truly AWESOME being home with my kids. It has also led to me gaining a bit of weight!
So starting shortly after this Memorial Day (5-29-17), I will begin what I suspect will be a very difficult challenge for myself.
To lose weight and reach a happier and healthier me by Christmas!
So this weekend, I’ll be focusing on creating a “Game Plan” that I’ll be doing my absolute best to follow.
I’ll also continue writing all the great parenting and blogging articles that you’ve grown to expect from Heyyouredblue.com!
A Better Self Image
Along this journey, I’ll be trying as hard as I can to make myself more visible to my readers by no longer “Hiding” behind icons, or graphics.
I noticed the other day as I was looking through the thousands of family photos (Literally) that I currently have stored on my computer and noticed that I was barely in any of them! I was always the one taking the photo!
Far to long have I been the “Camera Man” in my story. it’s time to shake off the fear and get in frame.
On Twitter, I’ll work harder to get myself out there as well. @heyyouredblue
I’ve already started by uploading a brand new Profile Pic.. which admittedly isn’t the best, but the lighting in here sucks and it’s night time.
I could use your support!
As I progress through the next 6 months, I could REALLY use the great support of my readers to not only help encourage me, but to help motivate me as well.
I’m also open to any and all suggestions that you might also have to help make this journey a little easier.
So, there you have it!
We got a new weight loss post series incoming over the next 6 months and a whole new way of looking at myself. This should be fun!
On a side note… if you happen to be a “Fitness” or “Weight Loss” sponsor and would like to Collaborate with me on this rigorous task then please get in contact with me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’d love to work with you!
